Streeterville is mostly high rises, so buying here means you are also buying into a building. Ask about assessments, reserves, and building rules before you fall for the view. I am not trying to scare anyone off. It is just the part people skip. What Streeterville gives you is hard to beat: the lake, the Mag Mile, and some of the best hospitals in the city a short walk away. That last one matters more than people think, especially for older clients moving in from the suburbs. River North is right next door and feels very different, so it is worth being clear on which one you want.
